Morecambe man found not guilty of GBH
A man who stood trial charged with a serious assault has been found not guilty.
Gary Crinion, 29, of Croft Street, Morecambe, formerly landlord of the Cumberland View Hotel, had pleaded not guilty to GBH with intent after allegedly punching a 17-year-old to the head and face causing a double broken jaw.
Jurors found him not guilty after a three day trial at Lancaster Crown Court.
