Lancaster man jailed after stealing wine and deliberately coughing on shop staff
A man from Lancaster has been jailed for 42 weeks after stealing wine and deliberately coughing on staff.
Simon Cooper stole wine from a shop on March 26 when he deliberately coughed on members of staff during the incident.
Cooper would later attempt to steal from a van and then threaten to cough on a police officer who arrested him.
