The Westgate Warrior is set to feature on one of the North West’s biggest boxing shows next month.
Isaac Lowe will be on the undercard of Brian Rose’s clash with Joachim Alcine at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens on April 20.
The show is promoted by Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom and will be live on Sky Sports.
It will be featherweight Lowe’s third professional fight after he was forced to pull out of a show in Bolton this Saturday due to a hand injury.
The 19-year-old, coached by Lancaster Boxing Academy’s Bob Howard, said: “I’m back training now and gearing up for April 20.
“It’s a really big deal for me to be on the show, it’s only my third professional fight.
“By October I’ll hopefully be looking at an area belt and I want to bring the titles back home because we’ve got a great boxing scene round here at the moment with me, Tomi (Tatham) and the Furys (Tyson and Phil),
“I’m just looking to get a sponsor because I’d be able to train more often and go sparring in places like Manchester and Liverpool.”
The Blackpool show is the same night as Lowe’s close friend Tyson Fury makes his American debut when he takes on Steve Cunningham at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Lowe said: “It’s great to have Tyson going for a world title this year with me looking to follow him up.
“I just want as many people to come and support me in Blackpool. The more fans the better.”
The packed Winter Gardens card will also feature Lytham lightweight Scotty Cardle fighting for his first professional crown, the Central Area title, against Maxi Hughes.
Tom Stalker, captain of Team GB’s boxing team at the London 2012 Olympics, is also on the show.
Tickets are available from Bob Howard on 079511 91717.
