Table Tennis: Sensational Stebbing retains title after victory over top class Esro

In the Lancaster and Morecambe Table Tennis League, Paul Stebbing the number one seed retained the singles championship by defeating the University's top player Mazran Esro in a high class final.

atthew Westworth had to win through a tough group stage followed by the knock out stages to defeat Kyle Osbourne in the Championship final.

In the NW Junior League Morecambe A completed the season in second place to the winners Preston.

Bradley Wilkinson, Matthew Westworth and Toby Ellis had to fight off a strong challenge from Barrow who finished in third place.

The Morecambe B team, Genevieve Holchacks, Rachel Lister, Zoe Grime and Eve Clement, completed their first season at this level in seventh place.
