Success for Lancaster City swimmers at North Lancs gala
Nine-year-old Elizabeth Wareing starred by winning three gold medals, two bronze and posting seven personal bests including taking a huge 15 seconds off her 200m breaststroke time.
Isaac Quarry was in great form with two bronze medals and a set of personal bests.

Hide AdRobin Austin enjoyed an excellent meet with one gold medal, three silver and two bronze with significant personal bests while Rio Quarry won two golds and recorded several personal bests with both boys sensational in the 13-year-olds breaststroke events.
Heidi Coldwell, 10, produced yet another set of great results with gold in the 200IM, a silver and a four-second PB in the 100m freestyle as well as two bronze medals.
Shea Hannam won silver in the 1500m freestyle taking a massive 32 seconds off his personal best and also silver in the 400m freestyle, while Larissa Hannam took 80 seconds off her 800m time to win the silver medal.
Marcus Robinson showed great form to win bronze in the 1500m with a 55-second PB.

Hide AdHannah Eaton swam brilliantly to improve her times in her events, as did Jasmine Austin, Charlotte Peacock, Katie Wilson, Macy Evans, Daisy Pollit, Amy Peacock, Emily and Georgia Wilson.
In the boys team Malachy and Aidan Duffin, Jack Lancashire, Harry Shaw, Callum Seaton and John Powell and Michael Sallis all achieved personal bests with Amelia Sykes, Georgia Hannam and Amy Shaw competing doing likewise.
