Dave Chisnall faces Michael van Gerwen in a top of the table clash as the Betway Premier League moves to The SSE Hydro in Glasgow on Thursday night.

The Morecambe ace will be looking to bounce back from a first defeat against Stephen Bunting last time out when he meets the unbeaten league leader and world number one.

Van Gerwen said: “Dave’s doing really well this season so I know that I have to perform as well as possible in Glasgow and that’s what I’ll be trying to do.

“There’s no extra pressure on me because I’m at the top of the table - I want to perform better and better each week and I don’t want to let myself down.”

The battle at the head of the table is final match of the night live on Sky Sports.

Elsewhere Gary Anderson will take to the big stage in Scotland for the first time since his World Championship victory when he faces Kim Huybrechts in front of a sell-out crowd of more than 10,000 fans.

Peter Wright faces a huge game in his battle to avoid elimination as he meets Stephen Bunting, reigning champion Raymond van Barneveld takes on great rival Phil Taylor and James Wade goes head-to-head with Adrian Lewis.

Thursday’s league night sees the ten competitors playing their seventh games of the season, with only two weeks remaining before the bottom two players from the league table are eliminated following Judgement Night in Manchester.

The action on Sky Sports 1 starts at 7pm.
