Morecambe boss Jim Bentley says he is looking for his side to get back to winning ways in an “important” November.
After two successive defeats the Shrimps face a busy month that includes two important cup ties and a number of league games against teams in and around them in the League 2 table.
He said: “We have had a few ups and downs in October and now we need to stand up and be prepared for an important November that starts next Saturday with an FA Cup at Dagenham and is quickly followed by the JPT game at Rochdale.
“They are all big games and we must be ready for the challenges ahead.
“All our energies this week will be focused on Dagenham because, like all clubs, we want to do well in the FA Cup for a number of reasons.
“We have had Dagenham watched and we know a lot about them as they have been regular opponents over the years.
“We will work on a lot of things this week to make sure the lads are fully prepared and hopefully we can do the little things that make a big difference better, the final pass and the defensive formation.
“They may be struggling in the league but we know that league form will go out of the window on Saturday and we will have to be at our best.
“It is a big game in our season and we will be giving it everything to get into the hat for round two.”
