Morecambe travel to League 2’s form side Northampton on Saturday looking to extend their unbeaten run.

The 32-year-old is the top scorer in League 2 with 15 goals. Former Chesterfield, Port Vale and Barnsley front man arrived in the summer for a second spell at Sixfields having previously played for the club between 2003 and 2005. Wide men Lawson D’Ath, who has eight goals in 17 starts, and Ricky Holmes, a recent arrival from Portsmouth, are also forming a potent partnership on the flanks.
