Edwards and Ellison receive three game bans
Morecambe’s Ryan Edwards and Kevin Ellison have been handed three-game bans by the Football Association.
The pair were charged with violent conduct after incidents that followed the final whistle of the 1-0 defeat to Wycombe on Tuesday night.
Edwards and Ellison have now been suspended and will start their bans at Portsmouth on Saturday.
The duo will also miss the match against Notts County and the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy first round tie with Walsall.
