This Saturday the Shrimps travel to struggling Barnet.
Manager: Lawrie Sanchez. The former Northern Ireland and Fulham boss was appointed in May after helping the club avoid relegation out of the Football League last season, having arrived at Underhill as a football consultant four games before the end of the campaign.
One to watch
Izale McLeod, former MK Dons striker, has shone in a struggling side, with 21 goals in all competitions this season, making him League 2’s leading marksman.
The Shrimps have only lost two of their nine Football League games against The Bees, the latest being a 1-0 loss in Jim Bentley’s first game in charge on the opening day of the season.
The Bees won 2-1 at Port Vale last Saturday but prior to that had not won in their previous eight games, leaving them five points clear of relegation zone.
