The Lune Road men, who are set to have Ben Simm returning as captain, travel to Stanley Park to face a Blackpool side who are 12 points behind table-toppers Morecambe in second place.

The clash on the Fylde Coast could be a tasty one with Saturday’s hosts having pulled out of Lancaster’s Twenty20 finals day earlier in the season.

Lancaster complete a run of three games in three days with a Readers Cup semi-final at Leyland on Sunday.

Victory would secure a second final of the season at Lune Road.

The last four contest is a 1.30pm start while Saturday’s league games get underway at 1pm.
