Lancaster boxing club reopens for new season

Skerton Amateur Boxing Club will reopen for a new season.

It was reported that the club had shut but coach Paul Fielding said this was only ever intended to be a short break due to work commitments, and the successful club is still going strong.

Paul and the other coaches will be accompanying the Skerton boxers at a show in Manchester next week and have a squad of boxers going over to Ireland in July to box in the Monkstown Box Cup.
