The Sun Street office was formerly the home of well-known Lancaster firm Marsh and Co who joined forces with BBP in 2013.

Both Nicola and Barbara are dedicated members of Resolution, promoting a constructive approach to resolving issues on separation and divorce.

Barbara is accredited by the Law Society for family law and is a resolution accredited expert in complex financial property matters and pensions on divorce.

Experienced property lawyers Richard Bagguley and Ikram Dola are also regularly available at the Lancaster office.
