Professional wrestling will return to the stage once again at Morecambe’s Winter Gardens.

Wrestling made its return debut at the iconic theatre exactly one year ago after an absence of four decades.

The popular form of entertainment is back on Saturday August 15 and will once again draw crowds for the star-studded show.

‘Vendetta’ will see a massive main event tag team match pitting crowd favourites Stixx and Joey Hayes against the unlikely team of rivals, ‘The Psychotic Warrior’ Johnny Phere and ‘One Man Riot’ Craig Kollins.

Both teams will be representing their respective factions, Alpha Omega Wrestling and P.A.I.D. Promotions, with the winners to receive full power to run future wrestling events in Morecambe.

Also on the bill the women of pro wrestling will fight it out in a four-way international contest, as Toni Storm from Australia takes on Manchester’s Lana Austin, and the Scottish duo of Viper and Nikki Storm.

In other matches, the conniving Bubblegum takes on the Welshman Dylan Roberts and the 6ft 5in ‘Mr Big’ Shaun Vasey battles the ladies’ man Sexy Kev.

Doors open at 6pm, bell time is 6.30pm.

Tickets are available from www.paidpromotionswrestling.co.uk or Studio Bronze on Queen Street or from the Winter Gardens office and the Parisian Bar at the Winter Gardens during opening hours.

Adult, child and family tickets are available.
