Weekend road closures take place this week

Drivers are being reminded to take alternative routes and plan their journeys as a number of road closures will take place this week.

Torrisholme Road (B5321) will be closed as new bridge sections will be fitted as part of the Heysham to M6 link road project.

Hest Bank Lane will also be closed as work will take place to upgrade the drainage culvert to help prevent flooding to many properties and businesses within the Slyne-with-Hest area.
