Wave goodbye to mouth ulcers

SO MANY people suffer with mouth ulcers.

Around 20 per cent of adults suffer with regular mouth ulcers.

They are also extremely common in children under 15.

My daughter used to suffer from them a lot, shortly after she first started school.

Mouth ulcers are a common sign of being a bit run down, over-stressed or overtired. This is one of the reasons children can get them when they start school, during exams, or busy or stressful times.

The reason for this is that, when we have been overdoing it, been stressed, anxious or really busy, we use up extra B vitamins, and low levels of B vitamins most commonly lead to low energy levels, and mouth ulcers.
