Her Majesty Elizabeth II, whose last visit saw her tour Lancaster Priory in 1999, is visiting Lancaster Castle on May 29.

If you can’t join the large crowds that are sure to be in attendance you can follow it on the Lancaster Guardian website and on social media.

We’ll have reporters out and about on the day giving you a blow by blow account of what’s happening right from when The Queen arrives at Lancaster train station through to when she leaves the city.
