and live on Freeview channel 276
Dr Rachael Rigby and husband Daniel McKenna, who work at Lancaster University, take a walk along Morecambe Prom with their children Monty, seven, and Harrison, five, and talk about some of the things they see along the way with CBeebies presenter Ranger Hamza.
The family applied to go on the show last year, and received a call back from the BBC, who came to see them in their back garden in Lancaster.

"It was about their interests and what they liked to do and where they liked to go for a walk," said Rachael, who is a senior lecturer in Biomedical Science at Lancaster University.
"Ranger Hamza is a good character, and the kids engaged with him really well.
"They did various activities and went down to the pier where they talked about the Time and Tide Bell, did skipping and jumping games, and went to look at the mountain sculpture near the clock tower.

"It should showcase the area really well and we're really looking forward to seeing the programme."
Monty and Harrison, who go to Scotforth St Paul's Primary School in Lancaster, will be on Let's Go For A Walk on CBeebies at 11.05am on Friday, March 26.
