Tumble drier fire at beauty salon
Firefighters were called to a beauty salon after a tumble drier overheated.
The small fire at Sue Shields on Lancaster Road in Carnforth did not spread beyond the machine and was quickly dealt with.
There was light smoke haze in the room and no casualties.
The call out was at 10.25am on Wednesday morning and was answered by retained Carnforth fire fighters.
