Jet Ltd, which owns the Pleasureland amusements site in Marine Road Central, wants to build the indoor attraction on part of its car park behind The Winter Gardens. On the plans submitted to the city council, the rear of the building would be sited 12m away from the Winter Gardens, currently a service and parking zone which is, according to the plans, of very little architectural merit.

The steel framed building would have a ground level consisting of 21,000sq ft of trampoline space and a mezzanine level with a 200 seat cafe area and soft toddler play area. The company hopes to open the attraction later this year.
