Traffic delays after car hits lamp post
Traffic was held up after a car careered into a lamp post on a busy city road.
The crash happened on Saturday morning on Caton Road, Lancaster near to the Aqueduct Bridge.
Reports say a blue Ford mounted the pavement and smashed into the lamp post.
The vehicle was badly damaged by the impact which left the lamp post leaning.
It is not known if anyone was hurt in the collision.
