Police are appealing for information following a charity box theft at a bank in Lancaster city centre.

A Team Reece charity box was stolen from Nationwide on Market Street on Wednesday April 4 at around 12.35pm.

Police believe the male in the photograph can help with their enquiries and need help to identify him.

Police believe there is a connection with the Nationwide theft to another charity box theft at WHSmith on Market Street on the same day.

Team Reece was set up by 12-year-old Reece Holt and his mum Rachel O’Neil.

Reece has terminal brain cancer and is currently helping other children with cancer and their families through his charity.
