Schedule of £2m road improvements in Lancaster and Morecambe

More than £2m will be spent on repairs and improvements to roads, paths and bridges across the Lancaster district as part of a county wide maintenance programme.

Cash totalling £70,000 has also been set aside for initial design work on a repair scheme for Greyhound Bridge.

Lancashire County Council said the actual maintenance is “at least two years” off being carried out however, and is dependent on a funding bid to government.
