NHS Lancashire North Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has now published its second annual report online.

The report highlights the progress the CCG has continued to make in transforming health and social care for the people of Lancashire North.

Over the last twelve months, the CCG has worked with a wide range of organisations to improve local services and tackle the challenges faced by the NHS, examples of which are available in the report. The report, available to view on the CCG website at http://www.lancashirenorthccg.nhs.uk/about-us/publications/, also provides members of the public with a range of information about the performance of this NHS organisation and sets out the future plans of the CCG through the Better Care Together programme.
