Peter Riding, fondly known as Peter Pork Pie, or Porcus, was a renowned host to visitors at the Globe and was also a fine ambassador at away games.

Rod Taylor, the club’s co-chairman, and a close friend, described Peter as a proud Prestonian and an adopted Morecambrian.
