Lancaster man caught with cocaine and ketamine

A young Lancaster man has been given a conditional discharge for drug possession.

Felix Clark, 22, of Ashton Road, Ashton with Stodday, appeared before Wigan and Leigh magistrates to admit having a small quantity of cocaine (0.03g) and the horse tranquiliser ketamine (0.47g), which are class A and B illegal substances respectively, in Lancaster on December 29 last year.

As well as conditionally discharging him for 12 months, the bench ordered that he pay court costs and a victim services surcharge totalling £106. The drugs were also forfeited.
