Josh was recently nominated by the local community to receive a KP Snacks Local Legends award due to the amazing work he did for customers, over and above, during lockdown, including food deliveries for people in isolation.

As part of the award Josh won £250 in vouchers, the shop was awarded £250 in products and KP also made a charity donation of £500 to be allocated to a charity of the winners’ choice and he chose CancerCare - a thoughtful gesture and one for which the charity is incredibly grateful.

The shop has long been a big supporter of CancerCare and its collection tins are always brimming and have raised hundreds of pounds for local people struggling to cope with a bereavement or cancer diagnosis.

A CancerCare spokesman said: "Thank you Josh, and everyone at Londis, a wonderful Christmas present for CancerCare and I am sure all your family, friends and colleagues are very proud of you!"
