Motivation is a battleground

Motivation is a theoretical construct used to explain behaviour. It represents the reasons for people’s actions, desires, and needs.

Motivation can also be defined as one’s direction to behaviour or what causes a person to want to repeat a behaviour and vice versa.

Motivation is a battle ground. Sometimes we win. Sometimes we lose. It’s a hard fight. But if you’re willing to fight, it will serve you well in all aspects of your life. To succeed in anything, you need to have it. We need ways to motivate ourselves, so we’re going to give you a way to use it to your advantage.

In your head, there should be a million questions about how you are going to achieve greatness. About how you are going to achieve success. If you think you don’t have the ability to change things, then you are sorely mistaken.

It is never too late to make changes to our lifestyle to achieve your goals, dreams, and aspirations. Decide what you want to do. Decide what you want out of life.

Ask yourself what do you want to achieve in life. Don’t come up with an unthoughtful reason for not acting on your ideas. Use a very strong reason for achieving success. Your family. Your business. Your health.

You can always go beyond where you are now, and where you have been. Don’t fear failure. Don’t worry about looking foolish. Your present is not your end.

A great way of using daily motivation is to use reminders. There is one thing we can guarantee we will see every single day. We see it several times a day. Our reflection. One of the first things we do every single day is look in the mirror.

You may have struggled to get out of your bed that morning, you may have ignored your alarm clock. You may feel like you’re going to have one of those days.

It’s difficult to stay positive every single minute of every single day, so don’t beat yourself up for that.

It’s OK to have less than positive thoughts or a lapse in discipline. Have something that motivates you from the moment you look yourself in the eye. Many of us have a series of motivational triggers. Write them down. Make a list of the things that push you forward every single day. Put them somewhere you will see them. Always.
