OAP injured after being hit by bus
An OAP was airlifted to hospital with a suspected head injury after being bit by a bus in Lancaster city centre.
Police received a call at 11.45am on Wednesday, July 8 to Parliament Street in the city.
The 75-year-old man was conscious and was then airlifted to the Royal Preston Hospital for treatment.
A woman passenger on the bus was treated for minor neck injuries.
Police said there was some disruption to traffic on Parliament Street and North Road.
