Progress Lifeline, part of Lancashire-based Progress Housing Group, has been providing services to help people live independently for more than 20 years.

They provide a 24-hour monitored pendant alarm which, when pressed, goes through to their control centre in Leyland, where trained operators talk to the customers to establish the reason for the call and take action to help the customer.
