Morecambe security firm boss joins council cabinet

Coun Brendan Hughes replaces David Smith, who has resigned from the council to return to Yorkshire.

A Labour representative for Poulton, Coun Hughes runs ICU Security Services in Morecambe and is on the board of Lancaster District Chamber of Commerce.
