A lap top repair man showed a real head for heights in memory of his mum.

Mark Stevenson abseiled down the 400ft Northampton abseil tower, the highest in the world.

Mark, who runs the Emstrad computer repair store on Victoria Street, took on the challenge to raise around £400 for Macmillan Cancer.

Macmillan nurses helped his mum who died of bladder cancer in August 2014.

Mark thanked his friend Mick Newton who donated his time and fuel to drive him down to Northampton.
