Now 28-year-old Luke has took the vlogging craze one step further by joining the Dad Channel.

Luke said: “The Dad Channel is all about bringing a real, honest and fresh perspective on parenting from dads with different experiences who all share their unique take on parenting.

“We want to get across that dad’s matter too! There is so much support for mums out there and not as much for dad’s.”

A total of 11 dads are currently involved in the channel which is designed to bring engaging, practical and emotional content to families across the country.

Luke said: “Fiona believes there’s definitely a need for support for dad’s and she edits all my videos for the channel.

“Men notoriously don’t talk about their feelings or opinions so if we can help some men that would be brilliant.

“I also think the dad channel is a perfect place for mums to see what men are really thinking!

“There seems to be a change in our culture where more and more dad’s are staying at home or splitting work hours with their partners, so it is a really interesting time we are living in.”

The Dad Channel is almost at 1000 subscribers with most videos receive a 100 views.

Although Luke is venturing into a new channel he still vlogs for the Woodhouse channel, with wife Fiona and boys Travis, 5 and two-year-old Roman.

He said: “All the family is well, the channel is steadily growing and we have a holiday to Florida coming up in April where we will be vlogging everyday and uploading from the US onto our channel.

“We hope to meet some fellow vlogging friends whilst were out there and hope to attend one of the biggest Youtube conventions ‘playlist live’ whilst in Orlando.

“We want our boys, Travis and Roman, to look back on this huge archive of footage we have built up for them and be happy that we managed to capture some of the most important parts of their childhoods.”
