A Morecambe town councillor has completed a charity run in memory of murdered MP Jo Cox.
Joshua Brandwood ran 15 miles to raise money for Hope Not HATE.
Coun Brandwood ran three times from the VVV health club to the Breeze Cafe at the Battery in Morecambe and raised £785.
“Completing the run gave me an incredible sense of achievement and pride,” he said.
“This fundraiser provided me with an opportunity to emulate the passion and kindness Jo Cox showed her constituents on a daily basis.”
Jo Cox died after being shot and stabbed shortly after holding a constituency surgery in Birstall, West Yorkshire, on June 16.
