Coun Jon Barry, who is coming to the end of his colourful year as Mayor of Lancaster, will cycle along Morecambe seafront on his two wheel-powered ‘Mayor Mobile’.

Coun Barry, the district’s first-ever Green party mayor, has made headlines for cycling to engagements instead of using the traditional
mayoral car.
