Man rescued after van hits tree
A man was cut free from a van by fire crews after a crash near Morecambe.
Firefighters were called to Lancaster Road in Heaton with Oxcliffe at about 3.15pm on Friday, where a van had hit a tree.
Fire crews cut the door from the van and made it safe, and helped to rescue the driver.
He was taken to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary by ambulance.
