Loose horse and cart causes havoc in Morecambe
A horse that was spooked ran amok with a cart in the centre of Morecambe on Friday.
The horse and cart was seen running towards the Midland Hotel, then down Central Drive by Morecambe Superbowl and ended up on York Bridge.
The horse ran into a number of vehicles and died in the incident.
A vet was called and the horse’s owner was informed.
