The Trust received the ‘Improving the value of NHS support services’ award for its commitment to patient safety.

The organisation showed it’s dedicated to becoming a learning organisation and was commended for creating a team of specialised serious incident investigators to learn why an incident occurred in order to prevent it happening again, or to minimise the likelihood of a recurrence.
