If you are aiming for something different this Halloween then why not take a trip down country lane?
One of the most influential musicians of the 20th century will be recreated in a spectacular tribute show at Lancaster’s Grand Theatre.
Prepare for a musical adventure which celebrates the career of music legend, Johnny Cash.
Clive John will bring the Johnny Cash Roadshow, to the theatre on October 31 – the only show to be endorsed by the Cash family.
The show takes the audience from the 1950s right up to 2002 and all the stops in between.
Cash was known for his deep, calm bass-baritone voice, the distinctive sound of his Tennessee Three backing band, free prison concerts and a trademark look, which earned him the nickname “The Man in Black”.
Also featuring Jill Schoonjans as June Carter, all aspects of Cash’s life are covered with impeccable taste.
All the greatest hits are included, along with songs from the latest album Out Among The Stars.
All this accompanied by evocative screen images and shots from Johnny Cash’s life.
Tickets are £19 for adults and £18 for concessions and are available from the box office on 01524 64695 or visit online at http://www.lancastergrand.co.uk/shows.
