As Farrell Heyworth continues to remain one of the leading independent estate agents in the local area, dynamic changes are afoot within the Lancaster branch to enhance the services provided to existing and prospective landlords and tenants.
The first of these changes is the appointment of Jodie Prescott to the lettings team.
Jodie has a vast and varied experience in both sales and lettings, and brings a fresh and enthusiastic approach to the current lettings team. Jodie was most recently employed within Farrell Heyworth’s property management department.
She said: “My recent experience of dealing with landlords and tenants on a daily basis means that I know the high levels of customer service required to build positive relationships with clients, in order to achieve successful and professional outcomes.
“I am delighted to be joining the frontline lettings team”.
Jodie hopes that her experience will make the process of initially marketing a property, through to move in, as easy and hassle free as possible for all those involved, particularly landlords.
Other strategic changes have been made to the way properties are advertised for rent.
Andrew Harding, Lettings Director at Farrell Heyworth said: “The need for a comprehensive and innovative letting service has seen our business in this sector grow significantly.
“One key aspect of this is effective marketing.
“More recently this has included exploiting social media, smart phone applications and our new and exciting relationship with Zoopla Homes.
“The appointment of Jodie means that we have somebody enthusiastic to co-ordinate and field the increased letting enquiries as a result of these changes”.
The office is located on Market Street and is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
