THIS week we take a look at menopause.

Symptoms of the menopause can include the delights of hot flushes, night sweats, low mood, low libido and then there is the worry of an increased risk of osteoporosis (weak bones) and heart disease as well.

So what can we do to help improve things in this situation?

The answer again depends on what problems you want or, indeed, need to deal with. Some women sail through the menopause with no real symptoms whilst others can struggle for years. So I have laid out a guideline again of the best products and things to consider for each problem.
