RESORT indie pop prospects The Heartbreaks will go back to their roots on Saturday, December 17.

The band will play a live gig at More Music’s base The Hothouse, where they spent many hours honing their talents before emerging as one of the UK’s most touted new acts.

The gig, at the new Devonshire Hall venue inside The Hothouse, will start at 8pm. Admission is £6, £4 concessions. Support comes from the Lancaster and Morecambe Boy’s Club Choir, the Heysham Power Station Male Vocal Group and the Morecambe and Heysham Physical Culture Club.

The lads - Matthew Whitehouse, Joseph Kondras, Ryan Wallace and Chris “Deaks” Deakin - have been in London finishing off their debut album Funtimes, scheduled for an early 2012 release.
