Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust has welcomed the appointment of its new Chief Operating Officer who is set to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Trust Board.
Sue Moore has now started work at the Trust where she will provide leadership to the Trust Board and have overall responsibility for the Clinical Networks.
Sue will work to ensure that appropriate services are delivered safely in line with national standards.
Sue brings with her a wealth of experience and the Trust is delighted to have her on board.

Sue started her clinical career as a radiographer and has since worked in a number of NHS leadership and performance positions.
Most recently Sue was the Managing Director of Good Hope Hospital at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust where she was responsible for transformational work with the elderly population. Sue said: “I am extremely pleased to have been appointed to Lancashire Care at such an exciting time and I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead as the Trust continues to evolve.
“Since starting with the Trust I have been out and about as much as possible meeting with staff and getting a sense of the work that goes on within the individual teams.
“This has been a really positive experience so far and I’m looking forward to continuing to get to know more about some of the fantastic work that goes on across Lancashire.”
