Former Lancaster pub sold for £370k
A former city pub has been sold for £370,000.
The Friary in St Leonardgate, which closed last September, was sold higher than its guide price of £275,000.
The pub was based in a grade 2 listed 18th century converted church and was part of the Scream chain, operated by the Stonegate Pub Company.
