In 2012 Mateo was lucky enough to be chosen to carry the Olympic Torch through Garstang. This will be the second time Mateo has run the fun walk which is sponsored by his favourite football club and is appealing for more people to sign up.
Shrimps manager Jim Bentley and reserve team manager and former player Stewart Drummond will also take part.
The 5k walk will start from The Midland Hotel along the promenade to Happy Mount Park where refreshments will be waiting.
Walkers will then head back to The Midland.
