By-elections in the John O’Gaunt and Carnforth wards of Lancaster City Council will take place on Thursday, May 5.
The votes are being held after the recent deaths of Councillors Richard Newman-Thompson (John O’Gaunt) and George Askew (Carnforth and Millhead).
Coun Newman-Thompson was also a Lancashire county councillor in Lancaster East and there will also be a by-election held for this division.
Anyone who is interested in standing as a candidate in any of the three by-elections should email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01524 582905.
The closing date for nominations is 4pm on Thursday April 7.
Coun Askew died, aged 32, on February 13 and Coun Newman-Thompson passed away, aged 53, on February 22.
