Police appeal after two youths steal electric mountain bike off teenager in Morecambe

Police are looking for anyone who can help trace an electric mountain bike which was stolen off a young boy in Morecambe.

The 14-year-old was at the Battery in Morecambe at around 3pm on June 10 when he was approached by two males aged about 17-18, who threatened the boy and then stole the bike from him.

They were spotted on CCTV riding down Morecambe Promenade onto Regent Road and then down Yorkshire Street.

A part of the bike, the trip computer screen, was later found in Sefton Road.

The bike can be easily identified as it is the only one of this type in these colours in the area.
