A 68-year-old man from Kendal who was arrested on suspicion of the sexual assault of a nine-year-old boy in Lancaster has been bailed until July 25.
The man was arrested on July 13 after a renewed description was issued by police.
The alleged offence happened on July 9 at 3pm at Cappuvino bar/restaurant in Church Street, Lancaster.
It was alleged a man had approached a nine-year-old boy in the toilets and touched him inappropriately.
The boy reported the incident to his parents who then contacted the police.
