A pensioner from Lancaster who assaulted a man in a hotel in Scarborough is to appear at Lancaster Magistrates’ Court.
Colin Stanfield, 78, of Graham Street, Lancaster was accused of assaulting a man at the Grand Hotel, Scarborough on July 27 when he appeared at magistrates court on October 13.
He was due to be sentenced on November 2 at Lancaster Magistrates’ Court.
