Lancaster man to face trial for sexual assault

A man from Lancaster who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in the city is to go on trial.

Bibi Gilazgi, 27, of Aldcliffe Road, Lancaster appeared at Preston Magistrates on October 27 charged with sexual assault on a female on June 13, 2021.

He had previously entered a not guilty plea on April 8.

The case was adjourned for a trial at Preston Magistrates’ Court on November 25.
